Tubulars

MidSouth Power has a long history of producing swivel tubes for wall blowers, feed tubes for long retractable soot blowers (such as Copes Vulcan T-20E, MKIE, MKIIE, MKIIIE), as well as lances (from 2 3/8" to 4"). We also produce the elements for rotary soot blowers in three different material types for temperatures up to 1800 degrees F (please call for engineering and pricing).

Our wall blower swivel tubes are crafted out of seamless stainless steel pipe. The nozzle head is an investment cast with the nozzle, with a one degree back rake for superior tube wall cleaning. All feed tubes and lances are welded then machined, a process that holds the perpendicularity between lance and flange to within MidSouth's demanding tolerance levels and ensuring that the soot blower operates with the least possible stress on the lance, traveling carriage, feed tube, front roller and packing.
